Shipping & Returns

About the Offices of the orders

The orders placed from 10:00 am. to 06:00 pm. will be delivered within 48 hours.
If the order is carried past the scheduled time, the product will be delivered within 72 hours after receiving the customer order.

Order Delivery Time:

Monday to Saturday: 10:00 am to 06:00 pm.
Sunday and Holidays: 10:00 am to 01:00 pm.

After completion of the delivery will be sent an email Dulce Obsesión indicating compliance with it.

Special days.

For shipments during the Valentine's Day, Secretary's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, we recommend to place orders 72 hours in advance.

Shipping charges are not included in the prices of our products.

In the event of a difficulty in the delivery of the order by misdirected or absence of people in the address stated, Dulce Obsesión customer contact by sending an e-mail, telling you what happened, also to coordinate and to finalize the delivery. Assuming the customer the cost of forwarding.

About product changes

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can request a change to another product of similar price or features, you must inform us within 12 hours of receiving the order. The expenses generated by this new post are paid by the customer.

If the product arrived in poor condition, Dulce Obsesión will meet you at the address where delivery is made and change it for the same product in excellent condition within 8 hours after receiving the change order.
 
Returns

Changes were made due to manufacturing defects, or if the product not the customer who requested the order.

The product must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use. Once received and after such verification, Dulce Obsesión sent at no cost, the replacement of the request or, alternatively, reimburse the total amount depending on the chosen payment method.

Only admitted returns of faulty products and incorrect shipments, provided when communicating in a period no longer than 05 hours of receipt.

Refunds

Given the unlikely event of exhaustion of stocks of any or some of the products ordered, Dulce Obsesión will contact the customer to inform him of the lack of stock, or otherwise arrange a new delivery date.

If we could not fill one or all of the products ordered, we guarantee full reimbursement of the cost of your purchase, even when it has been debited from your payment method.

If the purchase had been made by credit card, we note that while the operation is performed as soon refund the customer is notified, at times the Repayment will be reflected only in the next statement of your card.
